Consumers can shop the company’s thermal paper rolls, credit card supplies, ATM paper, sales slip imprinters and printer ribbons. Customers can access the site by entering http://mobile.pospaper.com on their mobile browser.
“The majority of our customers are not sitting behind a desk,” said Mike Anderson, national sales manager at POSpaper.com, Jacksonville, FL. “Our customers are busy restaurateurs and retailers who are actively running their establishments on the front lines.
“Our mobile site will enable our customers and new customers to easily order or re-order their products standing in a supply closet, looking at an empty shelf under their POS equipment or even if they are away from their business and remember they forgot to order their POS paper and ribbon supplies,” he said.
POSPaper.com provides of point of sale paper and supplies in the United States.
The company launched the mobile site to meet the demands of its tech-savvy on-the-go consumers.
Via the mobile site, consumers can search for a specific product or search by category.
Additionally, customers can view the full catalog, best sellers, special offers, featured products and daily specials.
“User rates of smartphones with Internet browsing capabilities have obviously skyrocketed in the past 24 months,” Mr. Anderson said. “We are simply allowing our customers an easier to use interface from their devices compared to our regular site.
“People are getting used to our mobile site, but our primary traffic is still on our main site,” he said.

Currently, the company is offering free shipping on any combination of ten cases of POS paper via its mobile site.
“We’re getting the word out about the site via email marketing to our established base of customers,” Mr. Anderson said.
