Hookit.com rolls out mobile deals via iPhone, Android app

The Hookit mobile app lets members find local spots, check conditions and log their sessions. Users can also get deals and share it with friends and family via social integration such as Facebook.

Hookit.com claims to be the world’s largest social network for motocross, skate, snow, surf, bmx, mtb and other action sports.

Deals galore
Consumers can get hook-ups and deal alerts from local shops and brands.

The app features more than 25,000 spots, including motocross and mbx tracks, skate parks, street spots and mountains.

Consumers also have the option of adding their own spots.

Users can post sessions, rate the conditions and include a comment.

Additionally, the Android version lets users record sessions as they happen, as well as track top speed, average speed and hang-time.

The app also lets users post photos and updates and view member and brand profiles and their updates and photos.

The app is available for free download in Apple’s App Store and Google’s Android Market.
