Mobile payments company Boku Inc. has raised $25 million in series C capital led by DAG Ventures Inc. with continued participation from Benchmark Capital, Index Ventures and Khosla Ventures.

Mobile payments for virtual goods and services sold via online gaming and social-networking sites will continue to grow in 2010, according to a Boku executive.

IMVU Inc., an avatar-based social network and virtual world where people meet and interact in 3D, is letting its members pay for virtual goods using their handsets.
