Target Corp. has been named 2010 Mobile Retailer of the Year, the highest accolade in mobile commerce and retail.

NEW YORK – A Target exec talked about how and why the retail giant uses mobile bar codes in all of its 1,740 stores in the U.S., during his presentation at the MMF.
