International airline Lufthansa is making booking trips easier with an iPad application geared towards travelers.

Lufthansa, a European airline that has had mobile offerings for several years, has increased its mobile bookings by 50 percent after an overhaul of its mobile Web site.

To launch its PS collection, IKEA used an augmented-reality application that lets users see how furniture pieces would look in their homes.
