SmartPark JFK lets consumer reserve parking spots via mobile Web appBy
New York’s John F. Kennedy Airport parking facility SmartPark JFK has rolled out a mobile Web application that lets consumers place parking reservations via their smartphone.
The company has rolled out the mobile Web app for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch devices. Consumers can access the mobile Web app by entering http://www.smartparkjfk.com/iphone-app on their mobile browser.
“The app is smart and it’s simple,” said Diego Ullauri, spokesman for SmartPark JFK, New York. “There are millions of iPhones, iPads and the iPod touch users.
“Apple products are mainstream devices used by many and SmartPark JFK simply wanted to accommodate those JFK Airport Parking travelers,” he said.
Consumers can also download the SmartPark JFK app http://www.smartparkjfk.com to their mobile device and save to their homepage.
Via the mobile Web app consumers can access the company’s parking reservations system no matter where they are.
In addition to placing parking reservations, consumers can also become eligible to earn free days through the SmartPark JFK Confirm to Earn Frequent Parker program.
Through the mobile Web app, consumers can enter their first and last name, email address, ZIP code, contact number and the parking arrival and parking return.
From there, consumers can get a quote and click to reserve their parking spot.
The company has also launched a mobile Web app for Android devices as well.
Consumers using an Android smartphone can make parking reservations by entering http://www.smartparkjfk.com/android-app on their mobile browser.
“We want to take customer service and convenience to another level,” Mr. Ullauri said. “The ultimate customer travel experience.
“SmartPark JFK was the first to release a universal JFK Airport parking reservations app,” he said. “We have simply taken it to the next level in customzing an app for the iPhone, iPad and iPod-Touch.”
