New Look drives mcommerce sales by more than 500pc

The company worked with Mobile Interactive Group to build the site. Within three months since its launch in April, New Look has seen the fully transactional mobile site, far exceed key performance indicators with conversions at times outstripping Internet transactions, the company claims.

Since the mobile site launch, New Look saw an increase in orders of more than 60 percent and an increase in revenue of more than 45 percent.

The company worked with Mobile Interactive Group to create a feature-rich mobile shopping experience that offers customers an easy and convenient way to shop whenever they choose.

The site includes features such as ‘One Click’ purchasing, as well as browse, zoom and view functionality.

Consumers can browse products in one, two or three column formats.

Additionally, the site lets users locate their nearest store and use social networking to share products via Facebook, Twitter and email.

New Look is looking to develop more offerings to consumers to expand its reach in the mobile space.
