“Twilight” breaks record for top mobile movie ticket sales: Fandango

The previous record holder was “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 2.” Fandango had sold 20 percent of its tickets for the Harry Potter film during its July opening weekend.

Fandango offers the ability to select a film, plan where and when to see it and buy tickets in advance. The company, a unit of Comcast Interactive Media, has a mobile Web site athttp://mobile.fandango.com.
